You must be eighteen or over and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from this site. If you are under eighteen you may not place an order.

If you reach this site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws of the place you are in. Where a state or country restricts the import or direct sale of fragrance, or requires documentation we cannot reasonably provide, we may accept or decline the order at our discretion.

We make fragrance in numbered lots of a fixed size. The run size stated for a lot is the number of bottles that exist. When a lot is finished it is finished — we are under no obligation to make another, and a later lot may not be identical in composition or in the way it wears.

Your bottle number is assigned at dispatch and printed on the collar. Numbers are not reserved, requested or exchanged.

For orders delivered within India, payment is accepted in Indian rupees only. Prices are inclusive of GST as applicable and are shown at checkout before you pay.

For orders delivered outside India, prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include Indian taxes, shipping and handling. Any import duty, VAT or customs charge levied in the destination country is payable by you, in addition, at actuals.

If an international card is used for a domestic order, or an order is placed for delivery outside India, we may ask you for government-issued photo identification — passport, driving licence, PAN or voter ID — before we dispatch. Currency conversion charges, where they arise, are set by your bank and not by us.

We may change prices between lots. The price you paid at checkout is the price of your order.

Payment is taken by our payment gateway. We do not see, hold or store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. Details you enter pass directly to the gateway over an encrypted connection and are transmitted to your bank.

A tentative delivery window is given with your order confirmation. The dispatch date is confirmed when the bottle leaves the house, with tracking.

Domestic orders are usually delivered in two to five working days; orders outside India in five to nine days, tracked and with duties as set out above. Public holidays, weather and courier delays extend these windows. Our full terms are on the delivery page and form part of these terms.

1. Give true, accurate and complete information when you register and when you order.
2. Keep that information current. If information you give is false or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to think it is, we may suspend or close your account and refuse further access.
3. Check that the delivery address is correct and complete before you order. If a delivery fails because of an error in what you gave us, the cost of re-delivery is yours.
4. Read the product description before you order. Placing an order means you accept the description and the conditions of sale for that item.
5. Do not hold us responsible for delay caused by natural events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Provide identification where we ask for it under the payment section above.

Bottles are sold for personal use. We may limit the quantity or value bought on one account, one card or one delivery address, and we may decline orders that appear to be for resale. Where we apply a limit we tell you. We may cancel and refund an order we believe is placed for resale.

You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of this site. In particular you may not access data not intended for you or sign in to an account you are not authorised to use; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site; interfere with service to any other user or with the working of the site, including by virus, flooding, spamming or overloading; send unsolicited commercial email through the site; or forge any header information.

You may not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to navigate or harvest the site other than a generally available web browser. We investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where a violation may be criminal.

Your order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch; nothing we do before dispatch constitutes acceptance. Until then we may decline or cancel it — if the lot has closed, if a price or stock figure was shown wrongly, if we cannot verify your details, or if we believe the order is fraudulent or for resale. Where an order is dispatched in parts, the part dispatched is accepted and the balance remains an offer.

If we decline or cancel, we refund in full and tell you why.

You may cancel any time before the order is dispatched — write to us and we cancel and refund in full. Once a sealed bottle has been dispatched it cannot be taken back into a numbered lot.

Refunds return to the method you paid with. If money has left your account but the transaction failed, we refund it as soon as the gateway confirms.

Opened bottles are not returnable, in either market. Fragrance leaves the house sealed and cannot be resold once the seal is broken.

We replace or refund our own error without argument: damage in transit, the wrong bottle, or an order that never arrives. Photograph the box and bottle as you found them and write to us within seventy-two hours of delivery. Refunds return to the method you paid with — three to five working days for UPI and cards, up to seven for netbanking.

Where the site is used fraudulently we may recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages and legal expenses, and we may begin legal proceedings.

Fragrance is for external use on skin. Do not swallow it. Keep it away from eyes and from flame, and out of reach of children. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, test a small area first and stop using it if your skin reacts.

Everything shown on this site is an invitation to offer, not an offer. We have made every effort to show bottles, colour and packaging accurately, but what you see depends on your screen, and packaging may vary from the photographs.

We are responsible for the bottle we sent you: that it is what we described, sealed and undamaged when it left us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which we do not attempt to exclude.

Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. Tell us if you think someone else has. We may close an account used fraudulently.

Membership of the register, standing, early access and invitations are given at our discretion. They are not property, they have no cash value, they cannot be transferred or sold, and we may change or withdraw them. Withdrawing them never affects an order you have already paid for.

The name Galbaci, the bottles, the photography, the illustrations and the words on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may view, download or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, modify, sell or make derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission. Nothing on this site grants a right to use our name, logo or marks.

Reviews, comments, suggestions and other material you submit to us become ours, worldwide and without compensation, and we may use, reproduce, edit, publish or distribute them for any purpose. We are not obliged to keep any submission confidential, to pay for it, or to reply to it.

What you submit must be your own, must not infringe anyone’s rights, and must not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, spam or malicious code. Do not use a false email address or impersonate anyone. You remain responsible for what you submit.

This site may link to other sites we do not control. We link to them because we think they may interest you; we do not monitor or endorse them and we are not responsible for them.

We collect only what we need to send you a bottle and to tell you when a lot opens. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond the couriers and gateway that carry out the order. The full notice is on the privacy page and forms part of these terms.

We are not liable for delay in, or failure of, performance caused by anything beyond our reasonable control — including act of God, war, civil disturbance, government restriction, import or export regulation, or unavailability of or delay in transport.

This agreement runs until you or we end it. You may end it by telling us in writing that you no longer wish to be associated with the site, and by ceasing to use it. We may end it at any time, immediately and without notice, and deny you access to the site, without liability to us.

Ending this agreement does not cancel your obligation to pay for an order already placed, and it does not affect any liability already arisen.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force.

We may change these terms at any time without prior notice. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order. Where you hold an account, we may tell you of a material change by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change is not acceptable to you, please stop using the site.
