What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and the record of what you bought. If you join the register we also keep the count of your orders, which is what your standing is worked out from.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment gateway, who are certified to hold that information. We could not give it to anyone because we do not have it.
Why we hold it
To take the order, to deliver it, to tell you where it is, to answer you when you write, and to comply with Indian tax and consumer law. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Three kinds of parties, and only what they need to do their job: Shopify, who run this store; our payment gateway, who take the money; our courier, who need your name, address and telephone number to reach your door. We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them for anything.
How we contact you
By email about your order, always. By SMS about dispatch and delivery if you have given us a number. About a new lot only if you have asked to hear about it, and you can stop that from any message we send. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies
This store sets cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and understand which pages are read. Your browser can refuse them; the cart will stop working if it does.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for eight years, because Indian tax law requires it. Your account and address book for as long as you want the account.
Your rights
Write to galbacilife@gmail.com and ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We will do it within thirty days. Deleting an account does not delete invoices we are legally required to keep.
Children
This store is not for anyone under eighteen.

Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new one here and date it. Material changes go out by email to everyone on the register.
